In my opinion, this will spark a new way to fund business organizations moving forward. The Token will be used to access Elite Level Content and Creators, that will help you on your business or professional journey, as well as be a totem used to collect your Investment Returns at the end of a 10-year Maturity Date.
The token holds both Intrinsic Value (The Investment Return of the 10% APY Liquidity Pool 10 Year Maturity Date) and Extrinsic Value (The value the NFT holder has in the income generation from access to content and connections). Revenue from the Investment Fund will be allocated to the Creation Fund, providing an enormous budget to source industry leaders, in the areas of Health, Science, Finance, Real Estate, Data Analysts, Accountants, Attorneys, anything you can think of. The token will be used by the holder or sold on the free market to the next value investor.
The foundation of the project is the Investment Fund. The fund will be staked in Liquidity Pools across the digital landscape to earn Investment Revenue. The model is built with a 10% APY. Mentor will make a call every 365 days of 3% of the Investment Fund. (1% to Creation Fund, 2% Investment Income or Capital Gains Tax both have a 20% max rate). The allocation of Investment Revenue is split 70/10/20. This means 70% of the Investment Revenue will be compounded into the Liquidity Pools. 10% of the Investment Revenue will go toward Content Creation. Finally, 20% to Long-Term Capital Gains Tax, booooooooo, but necessary as we merge the old and new financial systems. Investment Fund will unlock in 10 years on a Maturity Date, wallets containing the NFTs will be able to claim back their original funds + returns. All while continuing to enjoy that exclusive access to amazing content.
This is where we put our money into action. Every year Mentor will make a call for 3% of the Investment Fund, this money will be used to source content from creators. The possibilities are endless here. Publish: videos, blogs, host webinars, share research, connecting people with each other. The Creation Fund is where NFT Holders find access to experts in their field, there is a significant budget to help build a platform.
